Red Sox, Phillies Agree to Deal Saturday, July 29th , 2084 Fans in Boston woke up this morning to learn that their team had traded a 2nd round draft pick to the Philadelphia Phillies. In return, the Red Sox will receive 32-year old LHP Elijah Richey. Philadelphia will retain a portion of Richey's remaining contract. This year Richey has a 6-4 record with a 4.15 ERA in 23 starts. |
