Injury Worsens, Return Delayed for Royals Arias Sunday, May 25th , 2110 The Kansas City Royals announced today that Jose Arias will miss an additional 2 weeks after the reliever suffered a setback in his rehabilitation from an elbow sprain. While the setback is believed to be minor, the Royals want Arias to take his time and fully recover before coming back.
