Jon Cleary Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year Tuesday, July 23rd , 2069 The New York Mets and their fans were rocked today by the news that star starting pitcher Jon Cleary would miss the rest of the season due to injury. Cleary was hurt in a recent game against the Boston Red Sox while throwing a pitch. He was immediately removed from the game and taken for examination.
