Another Setback for Cincinnati's Ian Landreneau Sunday, August 1st , 2077 Ian Landreneau, left fielder for the Cincinnati Reds, was making great progress in healing a stiff back according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Ian was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 4 days before he will be able to rejoin the club." For the season Landreneau is currently batting .269 with 7 home runs and 25 RBIs. In 44 games he has reached base at a .331 rate and scored 24 runs to date. |
