Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl

Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Tampa Bay-Seattle contest at Jon Nunez Sr. Stadium. The Rays Hector Morales and the Mariners Mario Escobar will have to sit out 3 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl.
Presently Morales is batting .260 with 9 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 76 games and scored 37 times.
To date this year Escobar has saved 2 games while tossing 88 innings. He has a 5.32 ERA, fanned 64 batters and made 27 relief appearances.
