5-Hit Blitz by Raybon Thursday, August 18th , 2072 There are moments in a player's career that they will not soon forget. Michael Raybon of the Tampa Bay Rays had one such moment at Fenway Park today, when he went 5 for 5 at the plate. His hitting heroics weren't enough to pull out the victory, however, and Tampa Bay fell to a 8-7 defeat to the Boston Red Sox. "This was quite a day for me individually, but a little disheartening at the same time," the 25-year-old right fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "It would have been very special if we had won the game." Michael Raybon doubled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off George Henshaw in the 9th.
