Tampa Bay's Dan Lamle Suffers Setback Thursday, August 23rd , 2108 Tampa Bay received another blow today when doctors revealed that Rays right fielder Dan Lamle had suffered a setback in his recovery and will miss additional time because of a bone spur in his elbow. Lamle has been nearing his projected return date, but now that will be pushed back 2-3 months. Dan Lamle is expected to undergo surgery in Tampa(Florida) tomorrow. In 21 games this season, Lamle is batting .400 with 28 hits and 4 home runs. He has scored 19 runs and driven in 13. |
