Tampa Bay-New York Fight Results in Suspensions Wednesday, October 1st , 2110 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Tampa Bay-New York contest at Jon Nunez Sr. Stadium. The Rays Ricardo Rubio and the Mets Sean McNees will have to sit out 4 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. To date this year, Rubio is batting .290 with 13 home runs. His record this year is 9-12 in 31 starts and McNees has a 3.87 ERA. |
