The Guardians still have games to play in their disappointing 2105 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Guardians were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. The Guardians have missed the playoffs 150 times in their 205 years as a Major League Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 7th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2098. In the last 10 seasons, the Guardians have only made the playoffs once.
