Houston Retains Child Saturday, December 15th , 2074 Reports began circulating several days ago that Erik Child would re-sign with the Astros, but didn't materialize until today when the club officially confirmed BNN's reports. Details were sketchy, though Houston did say Child would be with the club 1 year beyond his current deal. Lifetime Child has hit for a .314 average and totaled 376 hits, 47 home runs and 186 RBIs. |
