Wild Card Goes the Distance, San Francisco Prevails
Wednesday, October 15th , 2098
When the entire season comes down to one game, David Bishop said you find out what a team is really about.

As it turns out, the San Francisco Giants are made of fight and tenacity, as the team got by the Chicago Cubs 6-3 tonight at AT&T Park in order to win the Wild Card and book a place in the next round.

"It wasn't hard to get excited for this game," said Bishop, whose strong offensive output earned him MVP honors. "Our guys answered the call and proved a lot about what our team is all about."

Bishop hit .417 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wild Card finishes.
