Boston Trades Badura for Pittsburgh's Rivera Friday, January 1st, 2066 The Red Sox and Pirates confirmed this afternoon that a trade had been agreed upon. In the deal, Boston will get 24-year-old RHP Nestor Rivera and a 3rd round draft pick, while Pittsburgh will receive 30-year-old 2B Mike Badura. Lifetime Badura has connected for 118 home runs, hit .248 and driven in 468 runs. In his career Rivera has rung up a 5-and-6 record with no saves and a 4.11 ERA. |
