Thursday, December 27th, 2063
Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Washington and Baltimore as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 35-year-old LHP Matt Gilman and a 3rd round draft pick to the Orioles and 28-year-old RHP Tim Kish, 22-year-old minor league RHP Ivan Alfaro and 21-year-old minor league LHP Cory Hill to the Nationals. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Baltimore GM.

Baltimore will retain a portion of Kish's remaining contract.

Gilman's won-lost record is 206 wins and 86 losses with a 2.90 ERA and opposing hitters have compiled a .207 average against him.

On his lifetime ledger sheet, the 28-year-old Kish has won 45 and lost 38 with a 3.88 ERA.
