Geraldo Hot, Diamondbacks Cold Monday, July 2nd, 2046 Victor Geraldo of the San Francisco Giants humiliated the Arizona Diamondbacks at AT&T Park today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 3 hits. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Arizona manager Steve Higgins, after the game. Geraldo whiffed 5 and walked 1 in the 3-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Geraldo said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." In 19 starts this season Geraldo has compiled a 8-4 record and a 3.60 ERA.
