Those were the comments heard after the New York Yankees came to an agreement to deal 31-year-old SS Vinny Carrasco to the Boston Red Sox for a 2nd round draft pick earlier today. The deal is expected to be formally announced later this evening. In his career Carrasco has accumulated a .254 batting average with 1230 hits. His totals include 240 doubles, 25 triples, 101 home runs, 1408 strikeouts, 629 runs scored, 526 RBIs and a lifetime .339 OBP. |
