Done Deal: Cavazos for Karl Wednesday, July 25th, 2046 The Houston Astros have finalized a deal with the Washington Nationals for the services of 32-year-old LHP Nick Karl. In exchange, the Nationals will receive 23-year-old minor league 3B Bert Cavazos and 22-year-old minor league 2B Kyle Stump. This season Karl has been credited with 7 saves. In 28 relief appearances and 61 innings he has a 4-8 won-lost mark, 5.90 ERA and 69 strikeouts |
