Cleveland Fired up Over 'Jaime Moments' Thursday, May 1st , 2110 Members of the Cleveland Guardians know their manager does his job with emotion, and it's a quality that is endearing to the team. The club has coined Danny Jaime's emotional outbursts as "Jaime Moments" and said they are well received. "It shows he's passionate about the game and wants to win," said Mike Wade. "When he blows up at something in the dugout, or in the clubhouse, I think it sharpens our focus as a team, and gets the guys fired up." Jaime laughed when told his emotional outbursts have been coined with a nickname. "This is just the way I manage and they way I go about my life. I'm not going to hide my emotions," he said. "If that fires the boys up, that's a bonus."" |
