RP Garner Signs Deal with New York Monday, January 5th , 2071 The New York Mets have called a press conference later today to announce the signing of reliever Quincy Garner to a 3-year, $30,000,000 contract. Both Garner and the Mets are said to be very pleased to come to this agreement. In his career Garner has a 39-61 won-lost record with a 4.65 ERA. In 490 games he has recorded 148 saves, and the 36-year-old has 782 strikeouts in 639.1 innings. |
