Oakland Commercial Pulled Off the Air Monday, January 30th, 2051 It seems that members of the Oakland Athletics should perhaps stick to baseball. The club had shot a series of light-hearted commercials to promote their upcoming season, but they have now been pulled off the local network, as the club didn't feel they were resonating with fans. "It was fun while it lasted," said Matt Scarfo. "I like my time as a TV star." Matt Eder, who was featured prominently in the commercials playing tricks on his teammates, said he was disappointed in the news. "I guess I'll just have to keep my pranks for the clubhouse," he said. |
