Tippett Guns Down Chicago Friday, April 6th, 2057 The Chicago White Sox had no answer today for Oakland Athletics pitcher Dustin Tippett. They failed to score a single run against him, losing 1-0. Chicago managed only 4 hits off Tippett, who had 5 strikeouts. The extraordinarily popular Tippett got a standing ovation from the hometown crowd as he left the field, the applause continuing until he returned from the dugout to tip his cap to the crowd.
