Buckley Takes Home ATL Batting Title Tuesday, September 3rd , 2080 The Atlantic League announced today that Rick Buckley of High Point was the league's top hitter in 2080. He recorded a .344 batting average to win the honor. The Rockers first baseman had 133 hits with 13 doubles, no triples and 34 home runs. Buckley played in 100 games and completed the season with 78 RBIs and 77 runs scored. |
