Top PECOS Rookie of the Month Named Sunday, July 1st , 2068 Cesar Plaza earned June's Rookie of the Month honors in the Pecos League for last month's performance. The boyish Roswell right fielder might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Plaza hit .370 with 14 home runs, 24 RBIs and 24 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. So far in 2068 Plaza is batting .333 with 18 home runs, 33 RBIs and 29 runs scored. He has 42 hits in 126 at-bats and a .414 OBP. |
