Cowboys Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, August 8th , 2068 John Hoglund, the manager of the Alpine Cowboys, said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying. Alpine hasn't yet made it to the postseason. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 4 seasons in the PECOS. |
