Chance Lennox has won the 2068 Pacific Association Reliever of the Year Award, which at age 35 is a "milestone achievement" for the Vallejo Admirals reliever.
"I feel accomplished to win this when there are other younger, stronger, harder-throwing guys out there," he said.
The Henderson, Nevada native's numbers speak for themselves, as he captured the award with 2 saves in 21 relief appearances, compiling 42.1 innings. He had 25 strikeouts and 14 walks, a record of 2-1 and an ERA of 2.76.
He received 4 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Sean Minter of the Vallejo Admirals finished second in voting, while Mike Sivard of the Napa Silverados finished third.
