In a low-scoring game between the Cedar Rapids Kernels and the Beloit Snappers, pitcher Tim Bailey was the difference-maker. The Cedar Rapids right-hander was tough as nails in the 10 inning, 1-0 Kernels win. With the win, Cedar Rapids pushed its record to 63-57.
