The Lake County Captains tallied a win at Classic Park, throttling the Fort Wayne TinCaps, 5-1. Starting pitcher Andres Sauri was a big reason for his team's success. The Captains bumped their record to 71-50 with this latest triumph.

Larry Seiger had a big 2-run triple for the Captains in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Lake County leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Cameron Gregory and swatted a triple to center. It was his 2nd triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Captains ahead, 4-1.

"Andres looked like he had more finish on his ball," said Lake County manager Garrett Holt.
