Chiefs Use Late Rally to Win
The Peoria Chiefs defeated the Burlington Bees, 7-4, in part because of left fielder Cesar Rojas. Rojas went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk for the Chiefs. The Chiefs are now 89-42.

The result might have been different, had it not been for 24-year old third baseman Tim Zavala. Zavala had a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Chiefs ahead, 7-4. For the game, Zavala had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"We've got a great group of guys," Rojas said, "and we're having fun right now."
