Shorebirds Stay Hot With 4-1 Win
Delmarva got a strong outing from Dusty Cosand as the Shorebirds defeated the Augusta GreenJackets, 4-1, at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. Cosand got the win, improving to 2-0. He gave up 6 hits and walked 2 over 6.1 innings. He allowed 1 run. The loss has the GreenJackets at 1-6.

Right Fielder Luke Bigley made an impact for Delmarva, when he swatted a run-scoring double off Marshall Facey in the bottom of the second. For the contest, Bigley was 1-4 with a double.
