The Augusta GreenJackets picked up a win at Lake Olmstead Stadium, knocking off the Hickory Crawdads, 5-3. On the mound for Augusta was right-hander Jason Dubiel. He played a key role in the triumph. Jorge Suarez earned the save for Augusta, his 1st of the year. With the loss, Hickory sinks to 3-4.

Ken Hodges, the Augusta left fielder, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third inning to make the score 1-0, GreenJackets. For the game, Hodges was 1-3 with a walk.

"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Dubiel. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
