The Greensboro Grasshoppers claimed a close win over the Lexington Legends, due in large part to Jason Chose. The Greensboro right-hander pitched a great game to secure the 2-0 win. Greensboro reliever Jason Chose got the win, raising his record to 1-2. Jose Vasques was tagged with the loss. The loss has the Legends at 8-7.

Greensboro used the timely hitting of Dan Savage to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Grasshoppers on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Chose.
