Greenville left fielder Je-won Nah contributed to his team's 4-3 win over the Asheville Tourists. Nah went 3 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Drive. Ricky Herrera earned the win for Greenville. He lasted 6.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 2. With the win, he raised his record to 5-1. Rafael Zapata collected save number 9.
Frank Kravitz, who is tied for 9th in the SAL with a .942 OPS, helped out the Greenville cause in the top of the third inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Kravitz.
With the win, Greenville raised its record to 24-8.
