Vince McMillion was on the winning side of a pitcher's duel at Appalachian Power Park. In fact, the Delmarva Shorebirds right-hander was instrumental in his team's 1-0 victory over the West Virginia Power. The Shorebirds now have a record of 26-24.

The Power had trouble solving McMillion, who surrendered no runs on 1 hit over 6.2 innings.

"Vince is a tough competitor," said Delmarva manager Tom Phillips.
