Scudder Dominant in Shorebirds Victory

Delmarva and Kannapolis duked it out and the Shorebirds came out victorious.
Adrian Scudder propelled his team to victory over the Kannapolis Intimidators. The final score was 3-0, Delmarva. Steve Oliver earned the save for Delmarva.
Scudder subdued the Kannapolis offense. The Delmarva right-hander allowed a mere 2 hits over 8.2 innings, while fanning 9. His season record goes to 1-1 with the win.
"I made a lot of good pitches," said Scudder. "I was right where I wanted to be."
The Shorebirds raised their record to 19-32.
