Suns Get Clutch Win Versus Lakewood
First Energy Park was the site of a remarkable pitchers' duel.

The Hagerstown Suns claimed a close win over the Lakewood BlueClaws, due in large part to Pat Wallace. The Hagerstown left-hander pitched a great game to secure the 1-0 win. Hagerstown now sports a record of 23-51.

Hagerstown used the timely hitting of Mike Bianchi to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Suns on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Thought I threw pretty well and overall I felt good," said Wallace.
