Suns Win Another One, 4-2
The Hagerstown Suns picked up a win at First Energy Park, taking down the Lakewood BlueClaws, 4-2. Starting pitcher Ryan Thibeault was a big reason why. Thibeault got the win, improving to 1-0. He gave up 5 hits and walked 3 over 7 innings. He allowed 2 runs. The save went to Chad Klausman, his 10th this season.

Nick Stielow had a big 2-run triple for the Suns in the top of the fourth inning. With Hagerstown leading 1-0 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a fastball from 23-year old left-handed pitcher Allen Gilmore and swatted a triple to right. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Suns ahead, 3-0.

"When their pitchers are leaving stuff over the heart of the plate, we're not missing it," said Hagerstown manager Chris Schneider.

The first-place Suns sport a record of 53-25.
