Multi-HR Day for Krueger as Legends Overpower Grasshoppers, 10-4
A 5-RBI performance from Bill Krueger, who is tied for 8th in the SAL with a .500 slugging percentage, helped the Lexington Legends beat the Greensboro Grasshoppers, 10-4. Their 52-33 record puts the Legends third in the Southern Division.

Krueger contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Lexington in the top of the fifth. With his team trailing 2-1, Krueger took a slider from Melvin Vasquez and stroked the home run to left. His 10th home run of the season allowed the Legends to leap in front, 3-2.

"Good win for us," said Krueger. "Now we'll focus on the next one."
