The Greenville Drive topped the Augusta GreenJackets, 5-3, in 10 innings at Lake Olmstead Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Greenville pitcher Takeshi Harada. The Drive win now puts them at 48-38.

It could have been a different outcome for Greenville, had it not been for Jesse Johnson, the 22-year old right fielder . Johnson contributed a run-scoring hit-by-pitch in the top of the tenth inning to put Greenville up, 4-3.

"This ballgame left me feeling kind of raw," said Augusta manager Bill Mercado.
