The Binghamton Mets racked up a win at NYSEG Stadium, bumping off the Richmond Flying Squirrels, 6-2. Ferdi Driessen, who started for Binghamton, pitched effectively for his team. Driessen, now 1-2, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 8, walking 0, and allowing 2 runs.
