Grabowski Shackles Charleston
The Charleston RiverDogs were almost helpless in their 1-0 loss to the West Virginia Power and hurler Reilley Grabowski. Grabowski kept the RiverDogs confused all game, spinning a 5-hit shutout.

"Tip your hat to Grabowski," Charleston manager Joe Long said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night."

The 24-year-old right-hander had 3 walks and 12 strikeouts in a strong performance.

"It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Grabowski said. "It was just one of those games that things went my way."

Grabowski has started 22 times this year, pitched 161.1 innings, fanned 193 batters and walked 39. His current record is 12 wins and 6 losses with a 2.23 ERA.
