Braves Down Legends, 10-3
The Rome Braves cut down the Lexington Legends by the score of 10-3, with the largest share of the credit going to left fielder Tobias Supico. Supico was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs for the Braves. Travis Montrey, now 3-5, was credited with the win in 3.1 innings of relief. He allowed 2 runs on 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 2. Rome is 64-51 and Lexington, with the loss, 81-34.

David Raab had a big run-scoring double for the Braves in the bottom of the first inning. With Rome leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from 22-year old left-handed pitcher Harry Evans and swatted a double to center. It was his 21st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Braves ahead, 2-0.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Supico told the Rome Times.
