Charleston Stumbles Again, Falls, 7-0, to Kannapolis
|
Kannapolis Intimidators starter Rob Crossman turned in an exceptional performance against the Charleston RiverDogs at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park, resulting in a Kannapolis win, 7-0. Crossman picked up the win for Kannapolis, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 9-3. The current losing streak for Charleston has reached 10 games.
Kannapolis relied on the hitting of Tom Jarvis to pick up the win. The right fielder clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Intimidators on top, 3-0. For the game, Jarvis had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.
