The Delmarva Shorebirds managed to get by the Augusta GreenJackets, 3-2, at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium. Delmarva pitcher Josh Eliason set himself apart with his performance. Eliason got the win, improving to 2-4. He gave up 5 hits and walked 2 over 5 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Delmarva is 5th in the Northern Division with a record of 54-68.

The Shorebirds got a big at-bat from center fielder Isaiah Bostic. For the game, Bostic went 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 13th home run of the season gave Delmarva a 3-0 lead.
