Nowicki K's 11 En Route to 4-2 Intimidators Win
The Kannapolis Intimidators converted a terrific effort from starter Eric Nowicki into a win over the Lakewood BlueClaws at CMC-NorthEast Stadium. The Intimidators won the game by a final score of 4-2. Bill Marean finished to wrap up his 1st save. The third-place Intimidators are 68-56.

The BlueClaws had little chance against Nowicki, who overpowered Lakewood hitters and struck out 11.

"I had one goal in mind," said Nowicki. "Keep pounding the zone."
