Intimidators Score Late to Upend Drive, 4-3
The Kannapolis Intimidators picked up a win at CMC-NorthEast Stadium, dropping the Greenville Drive, 4-3. Eric Nowicki, who is tied for 2nd in the SAL with a 10.0 K/9 rate, was the difference-maker. Kannapolis pitcher Ryan Bridges got the win, upping his record to 6-9. Jake Schafer got the loss. The Intimidators improved their record to 74-60 by beating Greenville.

Mike Henderson was the walk-off hero for Kannapolis. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Intimidators first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We found a way to get it done," Henderson said.
