Grasshoppers Stick BlueClaws with 3-2 Loss
|
Greensboro Grasshoppers starter Gregg Porowski hurled his team past the Lakewood BlueClaws, 3-2. The Grasshoppers now have a record of 65-72.
Joe Cricks had a critical at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for Greensboro. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Greensboro in front, 3-0.
"Gregg was hitting his spots and everything had life," said Greensboro manager Josh Lex.
