Milo Allen was on the winning side of a pitcher's duel at Bowman Field. In fact, the Williamsport Crosscutters left-hander was instrumental in his team's 2-0 victory over the Auburn Doubledays. The save went to Hector Cahue, number 1 for him. Williamsport, at 10-6, sits in third place in the Pinckney Division.

Hector Cahue recorded an important out in the top of the ninth. The Doubledays were trailing 2-0, but Auburn had a runner on 1st. With no one out, Cahue threw Marcos Balbuena a great sinker and Balbuena hit into a double play.
