Bigley gets 3 RBI to Ignite Ironbirds Offense
The Aberdeen Ironbirds stymied the Hudson Valley Renegades, 7-1, at Ripken Stadium. Luke Bigley had a good day at the plate. He was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for Aberdeen. Franklin Galliano finished the game for Aberdeen and earned his 1st save. Aberdeen raised its record to 18-7 with the win.

With Aberdeen trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the fifth, Bigley hit a fastball from Jaquan Cleveland for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Ironbirds ahead, 3-1.

"We're trying to go out there and win games," Bigley told the Aberdeen Gazette, "and we played pretty well tonight."
