Late Offense Lifts West Virginia to 3-1 Victory
Brian Weddington pitched a gem to lead West Virginia to victory over the State College Spikes, 3-1. West Virginia is now 13-12, State College 16-9.

Austin Keller chipped in a 2-run home run for West Virginia in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.

"When Brian is on, he can really move the ball around," said West Virginia manager Alex Barahona.
