Crosscutters Keep Streak Alive With 7-2 Win
The Williamsport Crosscutters got a stellar performance from pitcher Jason Pressley, who handcuffed the State College offense en route to a win, 7-2, at Bowman Field. Pressley went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 2, and struck out 9. His record improves to 5-0. With the win, the Crosscutters improved to 22-6.

The Crosscutters got a big at-bat from first baseman Sean Myers. For the game, Myers was 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season gave Williamsport a 2-0 lead.

"This team's hitting on all cylinders," said Crosscutters manager Will Walsh.
