|
Pitcher Ricardo Batista was sensational for the Connecticut Tigers in his team's 1-0 triumph over the Tri-City ValleyCats. Batista earned the win. With the victory, the Tigers record stands at 19-10.
Batista allowed no runs over 7 innings. He also racked up 7 strikeouts.
"Ricardo was able to locate to both sides, up and down," said Connecticut manager Sean Raymond.
